This venue is truly incredible! It has a fantastic location, an amazing vibe both inside and out, and the owner is simply beyond words. Teddy is an outstanding host! My company held a two-day workshop here with over 30 attendees each day, and we felt more like family than guests.

Teddy and his team managed everything seamlessly, from catering breakfast and lunch to providing coffee and setting up the technology for our presentations. Teddy really thought of everything to ensure my team was covered, allowing us to focus solely on our content and guests, making a significant difference.

The space itself is stunning. Teddy hires local artists for the wall art, and the garden provided a beautiful area for our breaks, allowing attendees to relax and recharge. I believe the venue's ambiance was a key factor in the success of our workshop.

I can't recommend this venue enough! I look forward to hosting another event at Neon. Thank you, Teddy and team, for an unforgettable experience!

Really great indoor/outdoor space. We had about 40 people at our event, and we fit comfortably in the outdoor space. The space is very private and well maintained, with tables and chairs that you can use. They also provide coffee for guests to use, and a speaker system with bluetooth. The only thing that could have been better was setting up a water station outside (though there was one inside that guests could use)

My company hosted a 2-day workshop at Neon with 30+ attendees each day. We had a phenomenal experience! Teddy and his team felt like an extension of our team handling everything from catering set-up to technology needs to local recommendations for our customers. We were able to just focus on the content of the workshops because the venue and team had the rest handled for us. Plus it's a beautiful space with a garden that was perfect meals between session. I can't recommend Neon enough if you're looking for a venue for your next event!

Our San Francisco Chapter of Sister District just hosted the biggest fundraiser of our year at NEON and we couldn’t be more pleased. As every event planner knows, there are hundreds of decisions, large and small, and it is crucial to get them right. The single most important decision we made to ensure our success was to hold our event at this new neighborhood hub, NEON, on Union Street. From the location offering easy access to transit for people coming from all over the city, to the bright cheery atmosphere of the main space, to the secret garden that allowed us to combine indoor and outdoor elements to our event, to the support, responsiveness and attention to detail we received from Teddy and Pamela, our event was a home run! Their attitude of accommodation and helpfulness from the outset was superb. Their suggestions, their competence, their friendly personalities made working together a pleasure. The venue had everything we needed from technical standpoint and even backed us up on some analog needs we had! The crucial question always comes down to, Would you do your next event a NEON? and our answer is a resounding YES!

We hosted a wedding afterparty here with around ~80 guests and in short: NEON blew our expectations. It's such a unique place with incredible decor and a beautiful backyard. We were even able to get a dance floor installed in the backyard for performances, a photo booth for pictures, and lighting and decorations everywhere! There was more than enough space for a raging party. It was so memorable and I'm honestly so glad we didn't go with another option (and we looked EVERYWHERE). Wedding events are always high anxiety because everything has to be just right but the couple absolutely *loved* it and everybody had a wonderful time.

The venue is special, but it isn't nearly as special as the host: Teddy. He was truly instrumental in getting everything to work on our tough timeline. Found solutions for every problem we had and helped us every step of the way. I can't even think of anyone I'd rather work with.

5 stars for the concept & community building events.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 hour session. Free tea! Cookies! Lot's of restaurants and other distractions down the street, and they allow you to bring your food back inside. No worries about your stuff, I left my pile of paperwork and sweater behind to save my work space.

Suggestions: Work booths need wider ledge, barely room for laptop. It may be just me, but I was irked by all the loud talkers, ignoring the "respect your buddies headphones please" signs. Anyway, I stand by the 5 stars because I was told they're making an effort to increase soundproofing in the cubbies. Apologies if this has already been done. I'll amend this review.

Neon has a lot of after hours events and a fantastic "secret" back yard to use if you're noise adverse like me!
Staff are all super friendly and helpful.
I'll be back.

Neon is an amazing asset to the community. Teddy, Pamela and team are giving and gracious. The space is beautiful, calming and is an environment for creativity and productivity. Neon hosts our ProductTank SF events and they are always a big success thanks to Neon!

Neon is the ultimate coworking spot in San Francisco! From the moment you walk in, the vibrant, inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The space is super clean, and the zen backyard is the perfect place to take a breather and get inspired.

The coffee is fantastic, and the super-fast WiFi keeps everything running smoothly. You can even pause the WiFi when you go out for lunch, so you’re not charged for time you’re not using. Plus, you can connect multiple devices, making it super flexible and easy to set up. And if you prefer, you can even bring your own coffee.

I’ve been coming here every single day and feel so lucky to have found a place like this. The spot on Union Street is fantastic, close to all the wonderful restaurants.

What really stands out is the sense of community – everyone is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel like you're part of a small, supportive group.

If you're looking for a dynamic, energizing place to work, Neon is definitely the place to be!
