Avoid this place at all costs! They will do whatever they can to lock you into their agreement. They will renew the agreement without your consent then send you a screenshot of their policy you were never aware of. Customer service? Non-existence. I have filed a complaint with FTC and BBB and already began working with BBB and submitting more evidence. I have asked the customer service agent to get the upper management involved to take further research on my account. But no, they could careless about their customer.

The staff are amazing, the only issue is their hands are tied when it comes to corporate billing. They have helped me on many occasions address hidden charges. They seriously do their best but they have no control of billing. Their regional and who over oversees the area is completely out of touch with its locations and tenants. But by far, Josh, Monique and Kaylyn are amazing.

We have had an office at Spaces for 2 years and just signed for another 2 years. Our reason for resigning this lease was due in large part to the wonderful Spaces team— Michael, Joshua and Monique are the absolute best and make the center a community. We can’t thank them enough for all that they do for us and to keep the center going on a daily basis.

Beware Of this office space. It looks nice inside but is a professional nightmare. Basically charged my account incorrectly about 4 times, had me go through hoops to get my refunds. I didn’t want to renew (because they attempted to double the rent after the first promotional year) so I sent requested, on time, to terminate lease with no auto-renewal. Office acknowledged my request, confirmed the termination, and they renewed it anyway and charge my account yet again for $1200+. I would have never caught it if it wasn’t for my assistant being on top of them. Then I have to waste time initiating a refund for a charge that never should have happen. Nice people, cute space, just incompetent and poor computer systems. It’s a nightmare not worth engaging in. Go somewhere else.

11/8/2021 - Here’s the latest on these guys, they just started charging $30 per person on your lease for coffee and tea, regardless if you want it or not. They just charge you, without asking, without opting in. They make you to opt out. I wish someone would start a class-action against them for unfair business practices.

Don't rent from these guys, they will nickel and dime you and charge for everything, even things they do not do. I got charged a cleaning fee for an office that was handed over to me in terrible condition. They refused to waive the cleaning fee even though the office was handed over without being cleaned. I'm sure they charged the outgoing tenant a cleaning fee, which is fraud. Stay away if you can, they talk a big game like they care, but all they care about is their bottom line.

They are thieves. They act very professional until they receive your money, and once you need to get your money back due to their fault, the whole company ignores. it's been more than 2 months since i ended my lease and i need to get my deposit back. sill no words. Every one in this company is trying SO HARD NOT TO GIVE MONEY BACK. Its insane. if they tried this hard to succeed business, they wouldn't be struggling.

This is NOT the professional CoWorking Spot you are looking for. The office staff is terrible. They only clean the place at night, so by 3pm the entire place, kitchen, common areas, and restrooms are a pigsty. Find another professional co-working spot. Spaces is not worth a dime.
