We had booked (2) 50 minute deep tissue massages. The facilities were very clean. Robes & sandals were provided. The only readily available amenities to freshen up, were 2 q-tips & make-up rounds in a pre-packaged plastic wrapper at the vanities. Shower pressure was very good & the sprayer had gemstones infused within the handle. No infused spa water, only room temperature plastic bottled water. The relaxation room didn't have any reading materials. Snacks were either dehydrated banana chips or plantain chips. Tea selection was poor, using artificially flavored blends. Only the chamomile was pure, although not organic. Sauna temperature was 154°F/68°C. The steam room was supposed to be eucalyptus scented, not even a faint hint could be found. Massage was okay, nothing memorable. Masseuse forgot the leg bolster & missed areas, not repeated on the other side. I had to inquire about available oil scent options. Eclectic selection of spa products, attire & jewelry.

The rooms are beautiful. The bathrooms are nice and very well kept and all of the staff is extremely nice however, the massage like really soft. I had to tell my massage therapist multiple times to apply more pressure. Felt like a three year old was rubbing my back. It was really honestly a complete waste of my time. I’m here for ambience and service not just a smiling face. The snacks were very lackluster. Why am I eating trail mix and drinking a bottle of water that I can buy at the concession for a dollar? Why am I paying almost $600 for a couple massages and you guys can’t even buy better snacks

Although the decor is pretty and clean, I had a massage that was essentially spreading oil on my body with almost no pressure. Then had a pedicure, there were minimal colors all of which were more winter colors and I decided against any of them. The woman sat me down and left me there for 15 mins of the 60 min massage. When she finally came back she said she was letting my feat “soak”. Without the polish the manicure was only about 15 mins so what should have lasted 60 was only a total of 30 which includes sitting there for 15 mins waiting for her to come back. Although the facility was clean and new looking, the “massage” chair really only vibrated, there was no actual massage capability. Overall terrible experience and would certainly not pay $80 for something like this

I first went to spa for a Margaret Dabbs London Fabulous Hands Manicure 60 minutes with a gel polish that is an additional cost but is suppose to last for 2 weeks. It is only the 4th day and all my polish just peeled off my nails. I am home now so I can't do anything about it but this review and over a $120.00 charge for this horrible job. I also got a Margaret Dabbs London fabulous feet Manicure 60 min the following day from a different technician of which she started 15 minutes late and lasted only 30 minutes at the most. Please don't waste your time or money on this spa. They charge the high prices of a high end spa but do not deliver. I was never offered a drink of any kind like other spas. Nothing luxurious or memorable. I should have listened to my little voice in my head and read the reviews.

Great atmosphere, modern with nice views. Massages are slightly less better than Mandara but overall spa experience is better here. Tend to do less than advised time by 5-10 mins, at least for the few we received

Horrible. Massage people needs training. My 3 yr old gives bettwr massages. They count your 50 min drom the time they pick you up from this looong walk then ask you questions wasting more of your massage time. A 50 min Massage time ends up being like 35 min.
