The office space is ok, nothing above average. It’s good for those who need a place to work remotely and yearn for a corporate office environment close to downtown Sarasota. They don’t check IDs or provide membership cards, so practically anyone can go up the elevator to the office area and roam.

However… after having cancelled my membership (and waiting month for the last charge), I have been charged again. I called three times to confirm that a refund was initiated, yet the charge is still on my card - after three weeks of waiting.

One Year @ BOLD Co-Work Sarasota Update:
Summary of below = BOLD Co-Work is the #1 Co-Work Space in Sarasota. This was after I personally have worked from BOLD Co-Work & Office Building for Over 1 Year Now. I give BOLD 5+ Stars for my UPDATED 1 Year Review!

FULL 1-YEAR LATER > BOLD CO-WORK REVIEW:
I’ve had a office/co-work space at BOLD for over a year now. I had a Office there as well in 2014 & 2015. I left for a little over 2 years due to my business at the time was based in Dallas, TX and Memphis, TN - we had stores in FL, AZ, TX, NY, CA, OH, OK - So I traveled 5-6 days a week at that time. I also had a co-work office at another location in Sarasota (rather keep name private - but there is really only 1 other major co-working location in Sarasota). This other co-working was a beautiful location; but the service and just ‘experience’ was horrible. Those who are reading this and know me, you know for me to say something like that means its likely MUCH worse than anyone can imagine as I’m pretty easy going.

BOLD Co-Work has the most *Amazing* people running it and the most *Amazing* tenants and fellow co-workers!

If I’m having a bad day, when I get to BOLD - my day usually improves because everyone is so inviting, kind, caring, etc. — BOLD is ran how a co-working business should be ran - as a team and everyone helping each other.

I have NO affiliation with BOLD other than I rent there and its been a little over a year now that I’ve been with BOLD. Even though my company is growing, new partnerships opened doors for me to have office space for free which is where the rest of our office staff works; but I choose to pay extra for BOLD because I truly respect and find those at BOLD to be amazing people.

I’ve had about 9-10 Offices in Downtown Sarasota since 2009. I’ve personally worked from ALL the Co-work spaces. I can say by far that the #1 spot in downtown Sarasota is BOLD.

Co-Working Noise - Beware of other Co-Working locations as some are pretty on the inside but ensure you *try* before you sign up as my experience is the practicality of the place just didn’t match that of BOLD (which you will notice the *countless* sound absorbing material they use in the ceiling. The conference room is also 100% enclosed and private vs other conference rooms have a open ceiling therefore your entire meeting is heard by EVERYONE in the office space.

Most holidays are celebrated at BOLD like your part of the family. They have Christmas Party, Halloween Event (I posted pictures from just the ‘left overs’ from the 2019 Halloween Party) - I didn’t make it to the event in time due to other commitments, but it was amazing by the pictures I’ve saw.

I know this is long review, so many may not read. I know that I like to go after a task/project head on and put a period behind it ASAP. So I’m sharing my opinion for those like me who are looking for a office and are doing their due diligence in choosing the *right office*.... Its my experience that moving offices is one of the biggest productivity losses you can have in a business. So do your due diligence upfront...

Top Co-working Space in Sarasota! I've had a dedicated and shared offices here few years ago and back as a Co-Working space until we move back into the right dedicated office and as we hire 2 new full-time local team members for this business. Amazing hidden gem to BEST ☕️ Coffee in Sarasota! Very inviting + Meet such great people in the recent month alone. (This is my 8th Downtown Sarasota Office & 18th overall and it ranks in Top 3 by far as far as fellow tenants, events and true Co-Working!) .

Fantastic shared working space - plenty of desk-spaces and it never feels like people are on top of you. Lots of nooks/crannies to comfortably work in, too. Wifi is stellar and a great coffee shop downstairs.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a quieter place to work away from my family. I emailed the BOLD Cowork team on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate me in less than 24 hours. Internet quality was great and they had open tables that met my needs. If I have to work on our next family trip to Sarasota, I will be back to this space.

I'm from Atlanta and it's nice to see co-working spaces like this here. Reminds me of the family feeling the Atlanta Tech Village has. Everyone was super friendly & helpful.

It's a good location with parking in the garage connected to the apartment lofts. I was able to walk to a nearby Poke Bowl/Ramen restaurant for a quick bite at lunchtime. Coffee shop on the first floor had a good Americano. All in all, it was a great experience.

The WiFi is excellent, my dudes. Pricing is legit. The management staff are legit / helpful. I never have a problem here. Motoneko is good coffee in the building & other amenities are modern. I dig the parking garage for the rain we get here. It’s within walking distance to shops / eateries on Main Street, etc. I could work from home but choose to come here almost every day instead.

We are a tenant at BOLD Sarasota, as well as a member at BOLD St. Petersburg. Absolutely love the facilities, the staff has been super helpful, with Stephanie going out of her way to get us set up in our window office (complete with tables/desks and chairs). Fabulous office neighbors. This is a great location for small businesses, entrepreneurs just starting out, companies expanding into downtown Sarasota (as we did), or just anyone looking for a cool place to plug in to get some work done.
Highly recommend!
