Cocoa Beach Office is a great co-working place. Amy, the receptionist is so welcoming and so are other entrepreneurs. There are so many wonderful supportive activities and events like Coffee with collaboration on Fridays. Plus you can beat the views of Atlantic Ocean!

My husband and I each rented a private office for a week before Christmas. We had a great experience: the building is centrally located in Cocoa Beach, only 5min walk from freshly made sandwiches at a local grocery store. The offices themselves were clean and spacious, desks were great (sit/stand), and we each had a large window from which we could see the ocean (with a large building and parking lot partially in the way :)). Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Water, coffee and tea as well as a refrigerator are available to use. I would definitely recommend and will use their services again if we need to work remotely out of Cocoa Beach!
