I've been to almost all the coworking spaces in Charlotte, NC and this one by far was the most inviting and welcoming. The space is opened with lots of windows and natural light, there's a few conference rooms, and plenty of private areas for phone calls. Jerry James, the community manager, is AWESOME and super helpful, too. They had me come in to do a wellness talk for their members and I can tell they care about their community! Highly recommend CoCoTiv for your business.

I was fortunate enough to take advantage of a free week of coworking at CoCoTiv Coworking recently and I was completely blown away by the amenities that the space has to offer! The layout of the space is so aesthetically pleasing and all patrons were quiet and respectful of sharing the same space. There are phone rooms and private offices throughout the floor, as well as meeting rooms and a large kitchen! All members are offered unlimited beer, kombucha, coffee, sparkling or still water, etc.! The views up on the fourth floor are also stunning even on a grey day! I was extremely productive and I will definitely be back!

Our firm has been a member of Cocotiv with multiple private offices since they opened in June of 2018. We also sponsor the Regent Law conference room on the 7th floor. John and the staff have been great to work with and are always willing to go above and beyond to accomodate any specific needs we may have. We have also received many compliments from clients and other visitors about the quality of the space and it's amenities. We couldn't be happier with our decision to call Cocotiv home.

Our organization had a wonderful experience at Cocotiv. Jessica and John and the entire team were wonderful. They were always professional, friendly and ready to help with whatever unique requests or needs we had. The facilities and amenities were fantastic and everything was always clean and well-maintained. We looked at many coworking spaces and this one is by far the best! Plus, the convenient location to all parts of Charlotte made hosting meetings here so easy. I've worked in other coworking spaces before and haven't found the same sense of community I experience on a daily basis at CoCoTiv. Their amenities fit all my needs as an entrepreneur and the FREE coffee is especially tasty! I love that it is centrally located next to the Park Road Shopping Center which makes for an easy lunch break or after work grocery shopping or entertainment. The abundant natural light helps boost my mood and productivity. It's not ever crowded so easy to get work done. Their conference rooms are great for hosting events and client meetings with views of the city skyline.
