Really cool space with everything you need for a productive work environment. Plenty of space to setup your laptop and work with headphones on. Phone booths for private phone calls and a cafe area for lunch, coffee and tea. I didn't need them but they also have private meeting/conference rooms. Really cool vibe too (in an old bank vault). Way better than working at a coffee shop.

The community manager Jason was very helpful and got me set up for the day! Great for consultants and folks working from home.

I had high hopes for this place but it’s not worth the trouble that I’ve experienced anymore. After covid, I sought a place to work remotely as I was unable to do so from home. The manager (Jason) was a pleasure to speak with and accommodating at first. Later, I feel this changed. The interior is quite pleasant, my only issue initially was with the microwaves in the kitchen. I work a lot and often long hours require that I bring my lunch/dinner from home. The kitchen has two microwaves, one completely non functioning. The other, barely functioned. You had to close it a certain way (I was told to slam it a few times) even then, sometimes it would not work. Initially I complained about it, but it went unresolved for nearly 3 months. It wasn’t replaced until others started complaining about it. I began suspecting that my voice didn’t matter. In hindsight, I honestly believe I was treated unfairly maybe due to my race. One experience I recall was very frightening to me. I was working overtime one night (maybe 7:30/8pm) when a strange man approached me. He stood in front of me for several seconds staring at me. I was cornered with really no where to escape if he’d chosen to hurt me. I had to politely place my client on hold and ask if he needed help with anything. He asked me what kind of place this was, while looking around the room sketchy. I let him know that this was a coworking place and if he needed assistance he could speak with the manager. He looked around the room and at me a few times before deciding to leave. As it turns out, I later found that he was able to gain access primarily due to a flaw with one of the doors near the entrance. If it isn’t closed properly it won’t latch, posing a security breach. Giving anyone who isn’t a member the ability to walk in. I sent an email to the manager (Jason) and he responded that that they would run the camera’s back. However, his response showed little concern and in my opinion was quite vague. I still decided to continue my membership, because in all actuality it can be very stressful having to find somewhere else to work. As time went by, I had a few negative experiences with the cleaning crew (2 ladies) were slightly rude to me. Often vacuuming as I was working. I would understand if this occurred after working hours (As most work 9-5) it’s a little offensive as I’m working with clients to have someone vacuuming within close proximity. Finally, what did it for me is the frequent and sudden changes with little notice in advance. I was told in less than 24 hours that the entire building would be closed due to maintenance and that the access hours would also be changing. I had less than 24 hours to find somewhere else to work remotely which caused quite a bit of anxiety. This wasn’t the only time a change was made with little to short notice. I believe the hours of operation have changed twice since I became a member. I reached out to the manager (Jason) to complain and his response was just a “Thank You” not acknowledging any of my concerns. I took major offense to that. The last thing I wanted to mention is the inconvenience I was caused when making my payments each month. I gave them permission to debit my card each billing cycle. However, often times my card would be debited almost two weeks after it was due. This made it almost impossible to manage my finances. I’ve never done business where my account is debited randomly on different days, sometimes two weeks after the due date. I would advise those who need a stable place to work to maybe find somewhere else. You might pay more but the stress and anxiety I’ve experienced while working here is simply unacceptable.

Strangest co working space I have ever been to. No staff on site, food in the fridge was clearly very old. The location is in an old bank vault, so it's also a bit of an odd vibe. That said, it is open late, and there is a ton of space to spread out and work!

Cool space. I found it on deskpass. Difficult to sign in - go upstairs first then they'll take you down. Big bank vaults give this dark basement space so character. Plenty of types of spaces to work and not too noisy. Big well equipped kitchen. My only complaint is that the buildings air handling equipment in the exposed ceiling is incredibly loud and it comes on often. No parking.

Great co-working space. . Not a lot of people use it, so I never have trouble finding a spot to work.

I wish it were open 24-hour and on Sundays though. Also I wish they had a deal with the parking lot behind... It can get expensive.
