Such an easy decision for us to relocate here! New finishes throughout like stone wall accent, and comfortable and interesting furniture. Very nice office systems, quiet conference room, with both open and private spaces available too. Your desk and very high-speed internet are ready and waiting for you. Just show up and start working. Why rent an entire office if all you really need is a desk or two, and pay for the day, or by the month?

I've been at Iliff Underground for a month now, and love it so far. I've worked at four other coworking spaces in the Denver Metro area over the last 5ish years.

The space isn't as hip looking as others I've used, but by far the best value. It's clean, well managed, and has everything I need at an outstanding price. Owner/manager is very friendly and helpful.

The membership pricing and terms are transparent and straightforward. Most other places I rented advertised month-to-month options, but the confusing fine print of the contract said otherwise. The peace of mind I get from renting from an honest laid-back organization is a huge plus!

Fantastic office and co working space! Our small business runs our fashion brand out of an office here and we love it! There are multiple office sizes to choose from and plenty of open co-working space to use as well. There is a coffee shop and a brewery right next door, so easy access to food and drink. Really great atmosphere and comes with high speed business internet, conference room, coffee maker, kitchen space and more! Great place to come and focus and also, perfect place to rent a small office for a small business or start up! Definitely recommend!!
