My Creative Space is an Amazing place for Creatives in a variety of industries. The layout is beautiful and perfect for large groups. From the spacious and beautiful lounge area, ideal podcast room all the way to the really cute kitchen area. Added Bonus: The owner, Yolanda, is one of the kindest people you will meet and great to work with!! We'll be back soon!

I am reluctant to give 5 STARS because if word gets out on this AMAZING PLACE then it will be so popular, I won't be able to afford booking a spot.

That being said, Yolando is way too nice, way too accommodating, way too intelligent, way too computer savvy, way too creative yet sensible too. As an example, she whipped up a pictorial montage in 1 minute for me from files on her computer to the TV for a presentation.

Her place is a hidden gem that helps spawn small businesses. Ideas multiply once you get inside so be ready to brainstorm! My Creative Space has all the tools at your disposal to propel your intentions farther and more professionally than you thought before.

I could go on and on with nothing but compliments because honestly I have only had wonderfilled experiences at My Creative Space. The ambiance is office, is home, is art, is lounge, is conference-hall, is classroom, is chameleon-like to suit your need for success.

Make an appointment to tour the facility. You will be more than pleasantly surprised.

Amazing Space and Even More Amazing Hostess.
First off, it's super quiet. We heard maybe two trucks go by in eight hours and zero airplanes. For Burbank, that's practically unheard of.
Parking is a snap.
There's a ton of room to shoot and plenty of cool furniture, props, and set dressing.
Yolando was always quick to reply to emails and texts and was amazingly helpful with a great attitude.
I would happily shoot there as often as possible.

I received honest critique of my video which helped to bring excellence to my project! My experience let me know that it was more than just a space rental. I love the warm atmosphere and all of the personal touches provided for all of my business needs. My Creative Space also gave me additional ideas to expand and further my ability to reach out to my customers. I highly recommend this wonderful place whether you are looking for a private quiet area or a larger more open forum for any size group.. We held an event here recently and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and beautiful creative space! The main meeting area is comfy with a great layout and there’s a podcast room! The owner Yolando, is an incredibly sweet woman who was very professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the whole booking process. There’s plenty of parking, the location is convenient and we will definitely be coming back to do more events! Thank you!!

Yolando’s services are incredible! She’s so welcoming, friendly and gives a detailed breakdown of the space with a tour to provide you with all the details you need before renting.

The space is the perfect fit for casting, rehearsals and table reads. Yolando is also completely accommodating to your needs from setting up the space to your liking, to making sure you accomplished everything you need before wrapping.

The space is also EXTREMELY clean and spotless to ensure the safety of everyone that comes in.

I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone who’s looking to cast, rehearse or hold table readings because you will get everything you need right here for a great price and a wonderful/ incredibly talented host!

If you are seeking a place to hold your meetings, table reads, podcasts and small filming projects, My Creative Space is the place to book. The Owner, Yolanda Mitchell is a pleasure to work with. The space is spotless and the decor is lovely for backdrops when filming. The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend My Space for your projects!!!
