Started out renting a suite here in December of 2022. I was referred to Darin who is the building manager by my friend who used to rent a work space there as well. The leasing process was so easy and stress free and the rent is so refreshingly affordable for the location and perks! There’s a beautiful patio for all to enjoy and everyone that works here either has their own business and super friendly, I am now leaving after two years of getting to know the building and it’s workings, super happy that I had this opportunity to grow my esthetics business within these walls. I have nothing bad to say about this place except that I will miss it very dearly. Thank you to Darin, Kelly, and Colette for making me feel at home and for being an amazing support system during my journey. I would love to give credit to Jerry who no longer works there as well for being such a kind person to me as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING A SPACE HERE TO ALL SMALL BUSINESSES!! If I ever need to come back I know who to call, thank you for everything ?

I landed here in Q1 2024 with some clients already, but I was chronically late with deadlines and always under intense pressure to catch up. I had plenty of work but not enough hours.

Nest is very organic and a sharp contrast from the sterile headphones-on environment at the WeWork and Regus spaces I had tried. On top of that the rate for my cubicle is similar to what I would have paid for a comparable common area plan elsewhere.

I have met a lot of new clients through the space, and now I'm actually finishing projects without suffering or dishing out heart attacks. I would have long ago packed up and gone back to W2 work without Nest and Darin.

Other bonuses: covered parking is available and inexpensive, the Circuit network in downtown picks up and drops off very close, and building management is very responsive when things happen. If you're on the fence about coworking, I highly suggest dropping by to see the space for yourself.

I rented an office for over a year at Cyberhive and it was an amazing experience. Darin is more than the person in charge, he is family and he cares for each one of the tenants. It’s like a big family. I’ve loved my time there, and it was sad to leave because I loved my office and the whole space but moving into a house with my office at home. I rented from Darin for about 3 years and had 2 different spaces at Nest, hes very reasonable, fair and a very nice guy to rent from! Not controlling or anything! Always there if you need anything. As an artist on the autism spectrum that needs solitary space to work in this place was a god send!! Cozy, comfy, safe, and at reasonable cost with lots of amenities! HIGHLY recommended, youll be taken care of for sure ?
