Clean, updated facilities & super friendly reception. The views from the 6th floor are nice to look out at when I need a mental break. Good communication regarding packages and mail. Fun events with good snacks are common, and sometimes Caroline the receptionist will even bring in her own exquisite baked goods. I'm also a fan of the biweekly unique flower arrangements

My company learned about executive suites for businesses twelve years ago. These suites are where businesses can share office spaces in various locations, receptionist, mail services, etc. Pacific Workplaces came highly recommended, and we have been quite satisfied since then. It is a place where we can collaborate and network with other businesses. Additionally, Pacific Workplaces has always maintained a warm community environment while maintaining its professional atmosphere. The flexible office plans allow for the ebbs and flows of small businesses, and companies are not locked into long, multiple year contracts. Pacific Workplaces is a great work space. The staff (Ms. Laura and Ms. Rachel ) are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The workplace facility is clean, they offer snacks throughout the day as well. It is quiet so it is a great space to focus, knock out your workload for the day, some of the offices also has great views of the downtown Oakland area. The staff at Pacific Workplaces have been terrific and are very professional. I use their mail forwarding service which has been great. I get daily email notifications of the delivered mail, which I can have forwarded to my home if I don’t have time to pick it up personally. The offices are clean and efficient, and the staff are very responsive. I highly recommend them!
