I actually am a vendor at this kitchen. They're definitely expanding. And with any new start up biz, there are some kinks to be straightened out. But the services, and coaching offered is extremely helpful to me as a food start up.

So disappointed in our experience with this kitchen recently. In the beginning, we overlooked many of their shortcomings because we were small and didn’t really require all of the resources a commercial kitchen should have, but we have a growing startup and the equipment failures and complete lack of communication prior to booked times has become unacceptable. I’m writing this from their kitchen, we’ve had to send our team of 4 home (we paid them out of our pocket), without any of our product produced because the machine was missing a part- they knew for days and no one got in touch. It’s so sad because as a growing startup, it’s so exciting to see our demand and orders grow, but it feels like two steps back when your kitchen partner literally doesn’t seem to care about holding up their end of the bargain. 🙁
