WARNING STAY AWAY FROM READY SPACE.
Upper management does not run an honest business. They lie to cover up lies. They collect money from tenants and do not have permits from the city and cannot provide a cirtificate of occupancy. They have Cockroaches from the homeless residents that were living in their unit. The security guard is a complete joke if he is ever there. Multiple break ins during broad day light, No working restrooms. When it rains it pours (on all your stuff) because the building is so old. Jenna who is upper management sits in her arm chair at home and is oblivious to anything happening in her units because she is too lazy to actually visit the facility. RJ is the Puppet behiend the clown show that goes on. They have 1 person to clean the entire facility twice a week. Dumpsters filled to the top. Ready space will just feed you every excuse they can come up with when you questioned them on their integrity. Worst place ever especially with the puppet show upper management.

I own multiple units at ready spaces and I can personally say that the management is amazing from top to bottom, along with the facilities specifically the Santa Ana location. I am glad I made this decision to partner with them for my start up company. My employees also love the space here in Santa Ana. Jay the manager is super nice, professional, and respectful. Everyone’s experience is different but from my own personal experience including the current tenants have nothing but positive thinks to say about ready spaces, especially the Santa Ana location. Which is ultimately why I chose to move here and I am super happy about my decision!!

Signs posted on Ready Spaces Santa Ana building as of Oct 27th 2021. Not one official communication has been sent by Ready Spaces to us tenants they have ignored discussing saying it’s just a permit issue and it’s taken care of even though this sign posted by code enforcement states “..it is a misdemeanor to occupy this building…”
