The location and people great to work with. When I told the main office I was not renewing my lease, they charged me the entire lease charge. I have been on month to month. They charged me the rest of my lease cost. I contacted them by email which is all you can do. You can never talk to a real person. They have not refunded my money, but continue to charge me now monthly. Do not rent from Regus, they are not good to deal with and will not do what they say.

Three weeks since I wrote the review below. I still don't have phone service, and it's affecting my business. My biggest personal problem is I have a low tolerance for mediocrity & incompetence which is what I'm getting. I greatly regret moving my business here.

The people working at this Regus location are wonderful. Regus' corporate tools/applications that I have interacted with are not out of puberty yet, which is surprising after the years they have been in business. After forcing my company to move from Spaces (a Regus entity) in Chapel Hill (with a month's notice), we chose the Regus Meridian location. Love it and the offices and staff. Got a great office. Then I started getting billing notices about being late. I was surprised because I had set up my account on auto-pay with a default payment preference to come out of my bank via ACH with a back up corporate credit card. I logged in and there was an $8.90 bill which I paid immediately. A week later, I get a notice that I was late on my bill and that my services would be diminished if I did not pay. I logged on again, and the $8.90 bill I had already paid was still outstanding... NOTE: the top of the page had changed from Spaces to Regus. Then I spoke with the local team members earlier this week, and they showed me a small pull down menu next to my name (we missed this totally in the training that they never provided) and it showed two different accounts, one for Spaces and one for Regus. The local staff said he would look into this and get back to me (that was on Monday this week). While I was on an off-site meeting today (Wednesday), I get an email saying they have now restricted my access to the Regus facilities and were turning our account over to a collection agency and attorney...

Customer satisfaction: VERY LOW
Frustration in dealing with a situation Regus created: Through the roof.

I regret deciding to move my office from Spaces to Regus and should have selected one of the other independent options that I researched when they announced they were forcing all clients to vacate the Spaces building in Chapel Hill.

This is not the first time we have had issues with their invoicing and payment system with credit cards and default payment systems. Like I said - they are spending decades in puberty.

Beware.

This place is awful. If the power isn’t going out then it’s the darn wi-fi not working properly. The issues are frequent and it’s always “out of their control.” Look elsewhere for a reliable and productive work environment or else you’ll be paying for incompetence and instability.

Really awful experience. Screwed up mail forwarding for months, enough that I got charged late fees on some tax docs. Can't believe how incompetent the staff is given the job, and I've signed a one year lease so I can't get out. DO NOT RENT HERE.

The Regus facilities our small startup company used for a short term office were small, severely overpriced, and inadequate information was provided. The staff failed to inform us that rent would be charged ahead of time, or that hidden exit fees for arbitrary purposes would be charged after we moved out. No accommodations were made and no discussion was possible. Paying $60-80 per square foot in this market is 3 or 4 times the average rate and few services were provided. Ultimately, we could have rented a larger space for a fraction of the rent with far better terms. This establishment is abusive of small companies trying to get off the ground and takes advantage of those who cannot sign long term leases. We were disgusted with the lack of flexibility and how fees kept being charged, even after moving out. If at all possible, we would strongly suggest finding other, more straight forward options for short term leasing.
