We used this space to host a fundraiser for our non-profit. The entire process was easy. The space is clean, spacious, and there were many screens which we needed for our visuals. At each step the staff at Phase were extremely helpful. They had recommendations for catering, linens, AV, etc and everyone they recommended was wonderful. Maggie was my main contact and she was always available to help out or answer any questions. On the day of the event everything went smoothly. I would 100% use this space again! I really appreciate that the staff was so helpful - we are a non-profit with a tight budget so they really worked with us to maximize what we could be within our budget. Highly highly recommend. Looking forward to hosting another event here!

I’ve been sending my kids to the Phase Family Learning Center attached to this place since 2020 and for some reason never thought to try this place out since I can work remotely. After the pandemic, I was able to work from home basically full time. I tried it out today and I loved it! They have different levels of membership or you can get a day pass. So of all days I got a day pass and the first day of me trying this place out I get a call that my daughter had a fall and minor injury while in daycare. I was able to hop over to the daycare side, sit in her classroom, cuddle her, talk with her friends and teachers as they had lunch and made it back to the Commons side for my next meeting. It was kismet, unbelievable, and perfect case study for having a co-working space connected to a daycare!
Other pluses- kitchen area with fridge, Starbucks coffee machine where you can swipe your card, real mugs and paper cups, free water/ice machine…
I’m not fully versed on all the options but it seems like they have it all- different sized meeting rooms, “phone booths” for calls, recording area for podcasts, rooms for events.
The day pass gives you access to the open workspace, kitchen area and phone booths. That I know of.
And shout out to Ms. Alexa, she is the absolute best!

Such an amazing concept. We love working in The Commons and being able to go check on our little one over at The Phase. From the amazing coffee, boutique style daycare option + the smiling faces that greet you every day, to the conference rooms, event space + podcast studio opportunities, this place exceeds our expectations. If you enjoy working from home, you'll feel right at home here with some added bonus features and a place away from the distractions so you can get your work done and have a place to meet clients!

Today Me and my husband was in a dire need to figure out a co working place due to an emergency maintenance situation at our apartment. We called this establishment and they explained their rates and process. We immediately checked in here and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and staff. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a change of scenario from working from home ? with a modest pricing. Thanks for the amazing experience. We will definitely come back

We recently held our 2020 company kickoff meeting at The Commons at Phase. It was a phenomenal experience. Not only was the meeting room conducive of team building and activities, but the individual work rooms were perfect for department break out sessions. Note: we even held a virtual webinar class from one of the rooms so our service to our clients did not miss a beat while we were away! Overall, a great place to get out of the office and bond as a team or get business done if you don't have an office to go to. Highly recommended!

My group loved the venue for our all-day meeting. The nitro coffee bar was a hit among guests, and bringing in lunch that folks loved could not have been easier with the service they provided. What I appreciated most was the personal service and attention provided by the staff up to and through our meeting. Expectations were exceeded all around, easy parking and competitive costs, I would highly recommend The Commons.

I'm the owner of Medi-Weightloss Clinic in Woodstock. When I'm not at the clinic, I spend my out-of-office administrative time at The Commons at Phase. This is a very comfortable and friendly environment. The staff is enormously pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for my needs as it is nearly at the halfway point between my business and my home, making things very easy. Accommodations are very comfortable and wifi is fast. There are plentiful shared office spaces around town - if you need a space in this area, please do evaluate The Commons at Phase. Pricing is reasonable and you'll enjoy your time here.

As an attorney, I needed an office that was private, but with flex space for mediations and client meetings. The Commons at Phase fit the bill. There are spaces for meetings of every size.
