The absolute *best* place to co-work. Sound proof call rooms, a full kitchen to cook in [they even have a Kitchen Aid mixer!], group tables, single desks, inside and outside work space, member events every couple of weeks, snacks you can purchase, free coffee, kombucha, and beer on tap. They even have showers! The decor is great and the details of amenities offered are impeccable. They've thought of everything. LOVE it!

Loading dock is a great and cool way to work. We toured as an inspiration space for another co-working location we are working on and were very impressed with the aesthetic and ability to cater to it's residents. You have the option for multiple ways of working. Lounge or work at a desk. Change locations within the space or grab a view from above and work up high with a view of the shared business space. I won't include too many photos to maintain their privacy, but I can assure you it's an awesome space.

I've been here for close to 6 months and have to say this is one of the BEST places - especially if you are a college student. I went to State and always found it a struggle to find a study spot during exam season. The loading dock has 3 awesome locations, 2 conveniently located close to campus (3rd in Wake Forest). The customer service is amazing and the amenities are always taken care of (plus super clean!). I love the staff here and can't recommend it enough to everyone!

THE STAFF SAVED ME TONIGHT!!!! Im a bartender downtown and I blew my tire on my way home from work with 2% phone battery left, and they let me borrow a charger and let me sit inside while they closed as I waited for triple A!!! I told them where I worked and that i would get them a free meal and that we also do a 50% service industry discount!!! I’m the bar manager so friends I am not playing I will get yall a free meal for your kindness you guys showed me tonight I’m so grateful for them and I just want to repay them for how much they helped me tonight! I couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness! Plates neighborhood kitchen in case you forgot and I’ll be in to get the lovely dinner you guys were talking about too:)

US Composting Council

The US Composting Council has been a tenant of The Loading Dock for years now. Not only does the company legitimately care about its clients, but the staff are just the nicest people.
This is a excellent location! The building / amenities are fantastic.
Office Space - quite and spacious and lots of modern tech.
Warehousing - sold out for now but expanding
Coffee - 10/10 they brew coffee from Gabi's Ground (another tenant)

They host fun events for members and have a full kitchen and event space. Cannot say enough good things about these folks.

Establishments In the same building: Wilson Eatery, Hummingbird Cafe, Lynwood Brewery, Mister Pompadour's barber shop. All within a 1 min walk.

Also.. Dogs are welcomed! so that is pretty cool.

My experience with the Loading Dock was fantastic. The facility offered everything we needed for our conference--and then some! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our conference came off seamlessly, which rarely happens (and since we have them quarterly, I can say that that rarely happens!) If I lived in Raleigh I would seriously consider becoming a member of the Loading Dock community.

Amazing space, amenities, and vibe but the people & community & programming set this space apart. The space is run by some incredible folks with good hearts.

Great mix of private offices, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, phone booths & open coworking space indoor and outdoor. Loved visiting and will be back as soon as possible - look forward to checking out the other 3 locations in the area! Can't wait

A new co-working space in a convenient location in Raleigh. Friendly people everywhere. Buzzing with activity but not too loud. Very nice facilities. Nice start-ups or solopreneurs. Plenty of parking. Outdoor seating. Kitchen with coffee or beer ready on tap. Very clean.
